Now celebrating its 42nd year, the Simmons Leadership Conference remains the nation’s premier one-day professional development event for women—a don’t-miss experience that motivates, educates, and empowers leaders at every stage of their careers. Due to the global pandemic and out of an abundance of caution, we have made the decision to once again hold the Simmons Leadership Conference virtually to ensure we can deliver the best experience possible.  Our first ever virtual conference in 2020 was a tremendous success and we’re excited that continuing with a virtual format will allow us to bring this inspiring event to women globally.
