Susan has more than 20 years of experience in driving program excellence and developing governance frameworks for technology organizations. She has been a member of the IT Leadership at multiple professional services firms where she managed multi-million dollar budgets and has been instrumental in developing technology roadmaps and driving organizational design efforts.

Having built several Project Management Offices (PMOs), she has a proven track record in building strong cross-functional relationships, implementing effective IT frameworks, and delivering large-scale enterprise initiatives. Her experience includes expertise in IT governance, risk management, supplier governance, stakeholder communications and change management.

Susan holds a masters degree in public policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard and a bachelors degree in engineering from Dartmouth College. She is a Certified Change Management Professional and formerly held the Professional Project Manager (PPM) designation.
