With more than two decades of program management and delivery experience, Jennifer is uniquely qualified to help clients drive transformational changes resulting in improved enterprise processes, cost savings, and increased cyber security and compliance.

She has supported technology, financial, social media, and information storage companies.  Jennifer is a specialist in building program management offices (PMO), digital transformation, and operational maturity.

She is particularly experienced at delivering enterprise-wide, high-visibility projects on schedule and within budget, including implementation of global upgrade from Oracle to SAP ERP, standard remote-connectivity virtual framework, Service Cloud, and Regulatory Cyber Security NIST CSF Framework.

Jennifer has spent most of her career helping to implement transformation changes and solutions to business and IT challenges and has worked with organizations of all sizes in nearly every functional area.  She is known for building strong relationships and coalitions with multiple stakeholders and functional organizations driving common results.

Prior project roles include driving strategic technology initiatives in spin-off environment, managing infrastructure tasks in all new real estate locations, and design, implementation and management of portfolio management and PMO frameworks for Global Security Organization at a $20B social media company.

Jennifer holds an MBA with a concentration in Information Technology from Suffolk University and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Bentley University. She enjoys promoting women in all aspects of life through coaching and mentoring.
